To empower pastors and like-minded leaders to come together in this unique “tribe” for the purpose of networking, mentoring, training, fellowshipping and ultimately evangelizing our world for Christ.

Strategy

Through the creation of 50 regional centers and 500 local centers, LCN will develop a network of leaders and coaches who will invest in its members. Operating out of the central office in Lynchburg, these centers will work together to achieve the vision of the organization.
