Bringing Relief When Disaster Hits

Lynchburg and surrounding areas suffered severe damage from the powerful storms that swept through our community Sunday evening. City and County officials are taking the lead in evaluating the needs and Thomas Road is ready to come alongside them to help our neighbors just as soon as the assessment is done.

Where is the shelter located on TRBC's campus?

Thomas Road will be open through Wednesday at noon to provide shelter for those who need it. We’ll have meals and shower facilities available on site as well.  Please come to the doors by the columns in front of our church.  The Red Cross team will be here to help you get checked in and situated. 

What donation items are needed?

The Red Cross has provided a list of needed items. If you would like to help, please bring your donations to the specially marked bins in Thomas Road’s lobby.
