A pathway for creative development
Our creative training track is available to those who are looking to take their next step in design, photography, videography, or social media management. APPRENTICE
A creative internship program designed to develop students professionally and spiritually as they work towards their future careers. Apprentices are part of the creative team at Thomas Road, in addition to their respective responsibilities they will receive biweekly coaching from a staff member and participate in leadership training throughout each semester.

RESIDENCY
An intensive, year-long program offering creative experience, leadership development, and spiritual growth. Creative residents are paid staff members responsible for essential projects respective to their focus. Residents receive weekly coaching and creative training.
