A pathway for leadership development
The Thomas Road Institute is designed to develop, disciple, and send leaders as they prepare to change the world through their calling. Thomas Road currently offers three pathways for training: a Ministry Track, Creative Track, and Worship Track.
Ministry Track
Our ministry track is available to anyone looking to take their next step in ministry. Whether you are beginning your ministry training journey, or you are ready to go deeper, the TR Institute is a place to explore, confirm, and develop the calling God has given you.
Creative Track
Our creative training track is available to those who are looking to take their next step in graphic design, photography, videography, social media management, or production.
Worship Track
Our Worship training track is available to those who are looking to take their next step in worship ministry leadership and musical development.
Leadership Development Track
The Leadership Development Track is designed for working professionals and post-college men and women who are looking to take next steps in a call to vocational ministry or interested in additional leadership development and ministry coaching.
