Walking alongside families on their foster & adoption journey.

The mission of the Thomas Road Foster and Adoption Ministry is to encourage and support children and families by loving God and loving People. We serve the foster and adoption community by meeting tangible needs through valued donations and sharing the love of Jesus through the gospel. We provide resources for all types of families that help create a safe and caring home for the children entrusted to their care.
When kids are placed in a new foster home, they need to know that they are loved and safe. Our resource team helps connect families with resources to help best care for the children they take in. Our local resource center accepts donations of clothes for any age, toys, diapers, wipes, and school supplies.

Each week, we have the opportunity to meet, encourage, and pray over families as they come into the resource center. Additionally, we clean and organize donations so they are in condition to bless kids and families. Our prayer is that as we walk alongside families on this journey they will see and experience the tangible love of Christ.

How you can get involved

Support Financially

Financial donations provide crucial funding that supports our foster and adoption ministry, providing essential resources and services to families in need.

Donate Items

Item donations provide essential resources that contribute to the well-being of children in need. Your generous contributions, such as clothing, toys, strollers, car seats, and more, make a significant impact on the lives of those navigating the challenges of fostering and adoption.

Volunteer With Us

Volunteers are integral to our church’s foster and adoption ministry, offering crucial support to families and children in need. Without volunteers, we would not be able to offer the level of love and care that families need.

Opportunities include meals, mentorship, support, respite, prayer, and more.

Foster Care

If you are interested in foster care, there are a number of area Social Services and Foster Care agencies looking to help families and children in our community.

We would love to help you get connected to one of these agencies as you consider Foster Care.  We are also available to help answer questions by connecting with one of our mentor families.  You can get connected to a mentor family by emailing fosteradoption@trbc.org
