The role of a Life Group leader is to provide their groups with vision, direction, and support. Success is when the leaders themselves, and their group members, are experiencing growth in their relationship with Christ and the six values of our Church -the marks of a Christ-follower.

Neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, only God, who makes things grow.” 1 Corinthians 3:7

The goal of a Life Group leader is to foster an environment for people to develop and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ – living out what it means to love God and love people. As a result, we change our world and experience the kind of authentic, biblical community that God desires.

New Leader Training

Attending a New Leader Training is a prerequisite for Life Group leaders, as well as an excellent opportunity to develop and refine fundamental leadership skills in a small group setting.
