🚗 Student Drivers – // New Update: //
While we strongly prefer that students are dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian, we understand that’s not always possible. Here’s the updated policy:
- If a student MUST drive themselves:
- Parents must email us at cody.mummau@trbc.org to give permission for their student to drive to and from Episode.
- If the student is driving siblings or other students, we must have that information and permission from all parents involved.
- Driving Rules for Episode:
- Students may only drive to and from Episode for the weekend’s activities.
- Students are NOT permitted to access their cars during Episode hours.
- No “come-and-go” access to vehicles throughout the day.
- Early Check-Out Policy:
- If a student (driver or not) must leave Episode early, we must receive direct notification from a parent or guardian.
- Students cannot leave with another student unless we have written permission from both sets of parents.
Why These Guidelines Matter:
Our goal is to create a safe, secure, and distraction-free environment where students can focus on building community, deepening their faith, and having fun. These policies help us protect every student while giving parents peace of mind.
