Our Worship training track is available to those who are looking to take their next step in worship ministry leadership and musical development. APPRENTICE
A worship internship program designed to develop students musically and spiritually as they work towards their future calling. Apprentices are part of the Worship team at Thomas Road, in addition to their respective responsibilities they will receive biweekly coaching from a staff member and participate in leadership training throughout each semester.

RESIDENCY
An intensive, year-long program offering worship ministry experience, leadership development, and spiritual growth. Worship residents are paid staff members responsible for essential projects within Thomas Road’s robust music ministry. Residents receive weekly coaching and training.
